I love this gym so much The quality of the workout equipment is excellent The environment is always so clean. That is including the tanning beds and massage beds as well. The employees are so great. Theyre so attentive to my every need and easy to talk to. I enjoy having the opportunity to bring guests with my black card membership

The facility is always clean and large enough that its not too crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location has plenty of parking.

Some of the worst customer service ever. They have a hr wait time on Tanning beds which I totally understand but to turn me away and wait for minutes until the hrs is up seems a bit ridiculous. I frequent other Planet Fitness locations and this one by far has a few people that should chose a different profession.

The manager is awesome and staff is too. The reason I canceled is because every time I come in, Janice at the front desk loves to pick an argument over something. Never thought I would say this about this location but it is not worth the hassle of having someone so angry with life ruin someone elses day. Do not join this location.
