Lots of equipment. Very disorganized however, slightly dirty. The water fountain doesnt look like its every been sanitized. This gym would be better if they werent currwntly asking month for a membership. Pretty much on par with AKClub for price.

My partner and I have been members of AF for the last year and we have never felt more at home in a gym. They have everything from free weights, to sleds, to machinesthey even have over different types of treadmills The free sauna makes for a nice end of workout treat. Love this gym, its decently clean with very friendly staff. Love the hr feature and sauna. Wish it had a better flow of air throughout the gym and some of the cardio equipment does not work, which can be annoying when it gets crowdedrare. Overall for the price, its a great gym.
