Fantastic classes. I love the strikefit class and really felt like I was getting a great work out. The yoga classes and strength training were also great.

The bjj instruction and other students are great. Some of the instructors and the owner were rude at times for no reason, hence the two stars.

Good workout. Instructors are knowledgeable and keep you motivated. All sizes and shapes are welcome. No one judges especially if you come to work hard and improve yourself.
