Awesome steam room and sauna. Respectful staff and low key vibe. I like to swim and steam room. You can get a hydro massage here. They have a little store from which to buy drinks and emergency swim suits.

I swim laps three times a week. The water is warm and the pool is clean. I also relax in the hot tub after a swim and they keep the hot tub clean. The staff are friendly. I also take my kids on Sundays for the open swim and that is a lot of fun. Great place for individuals and families.
