They are friendly and kind. Most of all, their policy is clear and simple and I like that. Some health centers have bad policy so that once you join them, canceling is very hard maybe impossible. More

Great gym. Good selection of classes, machines are well maintained and plentiful, it is clean and the staff is Ahmayzing. Everyone of them has answered questions or made suggestions to help me. Great atmosphere, staff and gym members are extremely supportive

Such a great local gym. The high school kids do take over several areas for several hours sometimes and dont really follow good gym etiquette. But, boys will be boys. Get there early and its fantastic.
