It was a good gym, until I tried to cancel my membership and was ignored the first message then started getting collection mail from it. Then messaged the owner again and got called names for no reason.

Good equipment selection. The gym members are great. The owner of the gym is also super nice and very helpful. There is also a womens only side of the gym for all the ladies who dont want to workout around a bunch of sweaty dudes.

My wife and I trained here while we were in town working Talladega. The owner Cooper was awesome and hooked as up with hour access since our work schedule didnt fit the weekend hours. Its a real hardcore gym with great old school equipment I highly recommend anyone in the Oxford AL area train here
