Athens rec center has several activities for individuals looking to stay in shape as well as activities for younger children such as soccer, baseball, soccer, and basketball. They also have a very scenic walking trail.

Its great for playing pickup basketball. Free play hours are a little odd but it is still a great gym. They have basketballs to checkout. Overall good.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful in the office. Fields are kept up nicely Soccer and softball seasons have always been well organized Overall a great place for my girls to play sports

Beautiful facility, but no changing table in either FAMILY restroom Such an inconvenience when you have no where to change your infant.

Lacy at the front desk was so helpful and nice Firsttime sign up was a breeze. All of the facilities, both inside and parktrails outside, were clean and beautiful. Thank you so much for this great community resource

Weve done flag football, soccer and baseball here. They have great structure........ very organized, neat and clean.....the gym is always clean uncrowded, theres classes like zumba and yoga. Great for kids to learn new sports in the off seasons......they also have kids archery and wrestling.......as well as adult sports.

We love Athens Sportsplex. Whether it is just dropping in to play and have some fun with the family or its signing our kids up for ball, the facilities are amazing and there is always something for my kiddos to be involved in. Everything from disc golf to sand volleyball, you cant beat the facilities and what is available to you.
