This gym has a variety of exercise equipment, an indoor pool, and an aerobics class. The nonmembership fee is per day, which isnt bad for someone like myself who goes here once a week. Otherwise, you might want to consider membership if you plan on going here frequently.

I have never had a gym membership before but this one is great They have a large selection of equipment and childcare on site. It makes it so much easier for me and my daughter loves the childcare. She never wants to leave.

Machine were not cleaned by staff and supplies are not kept readily available for customers. The group fitness room is way too small. Machines with individual remotes or tv screens do not work. General upkeep is lacking to say the least.
