Awesome facility and coaches that really work with you and help motivate you along the way to achieving your goals. I was extremely hesitant at first I dont really like working out around people but now I love coming here and look forward to going each morning.

I have never done CrossFit prior to coming to Lyfe and ever since the first visit everyone is so welcoming and humble no matter their fitness level. The coaches are knowledgeable and personable for every member and their fitness needs. I would recommend Lyfe to anyone

Lyfe is bar none the best gym in enterprise With state of the art equipment, programming, and knowledge and friendly coaches it is a gym that offers you everything you are willing to put into it. Live Your Fullest Everyday is not just their mantra but the very ethos by which these trainers live by. You dont need to be a gym rat to fit in at LYFE. They welcome ALL fitness levels.
