As my New Years resolution, I too wanted get back in shape. Week one has been very tough, but I have appreciated the support and assistance at Crunch. Great gym to keep me motivated and reach my fitness goals. Staff is friendly and its always clean. Good selection of equipment and I never feel crowded. My only suggestion would be to get another seated stationary bench because theres only one in the whole gym and its generally taken. Overall, its a great place to work out.
