Regymen Fitness Huntsville

I had my first workout with REGYMEN this week. The entire process was great. Staff called me prior to my first night. The workout was fun but challenging. I never felt lost. There was always a staff member to help. And today I am sore, which I expect after a great workout.

Omg man what an amazing workout Today was my first day and Zach was my instructor he did a great job at keeping me on course. I did become a member there because he left such a great impression and if he is that fun and encouraging Im sure the other staff members are also good I cant wait to meet everyone I have high hopes.

I loved intensity of the workouts. You worked at your pace regardless of level of condition. I loved the positive cando attitude, support and encouragement from the instructors and fellow classmates.
