Dont sign up for this gym if your looking for somewhere to go short term. The owners and Paramount Acceptance make it extremely difficult to cancel your gym membership even though they said they could cancel it with no problem when signing up

Awesome gym New management is impeccable and you cannot beat the hour access. Very open and welcoming clientele. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area. You wont regret it

Southern muscle is a great gym and has great equipment. The atmosphere here is phenomenal and everyone here is extremely nice and treat one another like family.

I worked out around am and i had a great experience. The Owner Beau really made the gym run like a family and make everyone feel welcome. Great equipment for Strength and cardio training. SQUAT racks, barbells, dumbells etc. Will def come back if in the area for work. A

Fantastic place Great members, service staff, and atmosphere for an awesome workout The trainers know their stuff, whether it be for weight loss or for competition prep, and the gym houses several professional bodybuilders. Check it out if youre looking for a good workout

Just dropped in on my way to Florida, Beau the owner I believe was quick to answer an out of the area code phone number. Gym was awesome and has everything you need to get fit and strong. If Im ever in town again Ill definitely be coming here

Excellent gym It was clean, lots of great equipment, great atmosphere, and the owner, Beau, was onsite and very welcoming. Ive been traveling the country for the last year and a half, visiting gyms all over the place, and this was by far one of my favorites. Do yourself a favor and check this place out
