The people working there are competent and helpful. The facility, albeit quaint, has a selection of machines and a decent rack of free weights. This place beats planet fitness any day. You definitely get what you pay for.

I was always intimidated by a gym atmosphere but not at this gym. I always feel like Im at home entering the gym at am. Its always clean, not crowded, lots of equipment and since I began going in January Ive felt the best Ive felt in years. I definitely picked the best gym. BestGymEver

I recently moved to prattville and have visited most of the other gyms in the area. Express fitness is the only one that has that gym feel. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good priced supplements and all and all a great environment. Definitely recommend to anyone.
