Signing up was super easy and the staff were extremely helpful. The gym is super clean and not too busy, perfect for Social distancing. Bathrooms and showers are clean.

The facility is very clean, and all the equipment is new. I like the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the variety of the equipment. There is plenty of space for everyone, the black card members equipment is also a nice.

I had an issue with my payment method and Maria was so professional and showed much hospitality. She is a true example of excellent customer service. My experience at Planet Fitness doesnt compare to any other gym experience Ive had. I enjoy the spacious workout area, the nice customer service, the considerate patrons and most of all the clean facilities. I would highly recommend Planet Fitness over and over again.
