If your looking for a gym to get a real workout in without the wait, this is the place to go. Been going to gfg for nearly years and never had a problem. Never over crowded, everyone comes in and handle business and leave like.

The gym is amazing, have excellent machines and trainers, but the thing that attracted me so much is the very excellent management GFG has, the manager have excellent communication skills and very kind with people. I hope every gym here learn from this such respectful management.

Great gym go there everyday provides all your needs such as protein shakes energy drinks and the bathrooms are clean they have showers,towels, and they also have a tanning bed and massage chair I love this place

I have used GFG for years, my experience with the gym has been nothing but pleasant. It is the cleanest gym I have ever been in and it is always empty. If you are looking for a personal gym thats not packed, I highly recommend GFG.
