Will be the fitness center of Tuscaloosa once they get a basketball court and a pool. Clean, state of the art and friendly.

It is three years old has plenty of equipment and very nice locker rooms. Friendly personnel and the best is it does not smell like a gym. Try it once.

Nice gym, clean, well staffed. Great coffee and tea service for quick pick me up. Towel service for showers. Hair dryers. Only four stars because no pool

Nice equipment, friendly and helpful staff. Its never been too busy when Ive gone, and feels like a value. It has a large parking lot, as well as street parking. They also offer child care, a big grass field, and a playground. Dumbbells dont go as high as I would like.
