Love my coach Rodney hes Awsome hes helped me believe in myself as a boxer hes very patient. He knows how to get you to do better and listen, he is encouraging the gym has a great environment and I percent recommend trying this place out thanks coach

Started only recently but I put my two sons in it for totally different reasons. My oldest needs to stand up for himself and the other has high energy and sensory processing disorder. They both love the coach and the sport so far. Me and my husband are impressed
