I got the best massage here by my new favorite massusse. He is the only massusse here. His name is Terry. I have visited many places getting massages. Not in years have I met one that I would stay with permanently until now. Dont wait another minute. All my family are going here now. We all love his work .

Great gym, I know the negative reviews on here were given more than enough chances to stop slamming equipment and screaming like they were on a roller coaster while lifting. Staff is knowledgeable has been updating equipment. Definitely one of the best gyms in town

Best gym in the Fort Smith area. Everybody is very friendly and there to help if needed. Great management that is bringing in new equipment and machines on the regular. Plus always has the equipment and tanning beds clean. Been going here for two years and I wont go to any other gym.
