I like the wide variety of equipment, the saunas, and the pool access. The staff members are friendly and very helpful if you have any questions. I just started going to this location, and I can already feel a difference.

THE therapist was awesome, giving me a set of exercises. that seem perfect for my issues. Im quite impressed feel strongly that doing them faithfully will help a lot.

Facilities are designed with participants comfort and convenience in mind. Super clean and well organized. Womens locker room is perfect to do a full shower, hair do, makeup etc. Love days I can spend a leisurely afternoon there. Just unwind in the atmosphere

They have dollar day passes which I use as Im only here occasionally. Good sized place. Basketball court. Mostly machines. One dumbbell rack with about benches to use. One squat rack. One Smith machine. No good place for deadlifts. Couple bench press set ups.

My husband canceled his membership last month still being charge for the membership fee. He been trying to call them for three days now they kept giving him the run around. Logan if you read this please response, they been telling him that youre at lunch.
