Great facility, great staff, this is a bare knuckle place. No frills, this is what I like in a gym. The staff seem to care about your results.

Chance the owner was amazing he stayed with all of us and encouraged all of us as we worked out.This place is so positive.the owner helps you and the people that come in are nice and welcoming,and when I walked out I knew I was going to keep coming back.ty so much.

Great place to train and get in shape Chance and the staff here are awesome and go above and beyond to make sure theyre customers get the results they are looking for. You wont find a better place in Ft Smith. Check them out and I promise youll be glad you did.

I signed a contract didnt get a copy. Good luck getting a phone call back. Its a run around after you have invested money. Liked the classes and trusted the staff. Im thinking I didnt make a wise decision with a true business.

Great workout every day. You will be pushed and encouraged but never bullied. So much positivity from everyone and absolutely no judgement. I am in the best shape of my life right now. The price per month for what you get compared to other similar places cant be beat.
