Great bunch of guys and very helpful when it comes to the equipment. Everything anyone needs for a great workout. The changing room is very clean with shower.

I end up there for a massage. April was and is fabulous. This was by far the most cathartic massage I have ever received. Worth every penny.

This gym could really use some central air and heat cause it is way too hot to be working out without ac. It reminds me of being back in P.E. in th grade and all that was in the gym was the industrial size fan that did nothing but make alot of noise. Besides that staff and trainers are fantastic and extremely nice.

Love this gym I feel so at home here when I come. Everyone is so helpful and I dont get intimidated by the equipment. Amanda is great She makes me put out the extra effort that I didnt know was in me. If you want a gym that everyones nice and you want to get a full work outthis is the place I actually look forward to going.
