One of the best fitness studio I have found. Not a fitness person and had difficulty sticking to a fitness routine. OTF makes it very easy to follow. Amazing coaches and staff. Great environment.

The motivation given by the coaches is by far the best thing at OTF.. I love all the coaches but I have to admit that coach Amanda Bell goes above and beyond, in pushing us yet keeping safety and health of each individual as her number one More

I enjoyed everything about the workout from the atmosphere, the coach, the people...all of it. It was a different experience that I truly enjoyed With the arm band, its sort of like youre competing with yourself to do better because you want to stay in a particular color zone
