Honestly, I hate the politics of the franchise, but its close to home, clean, and relatively cheap membership cost. Good franchise coverage in Arkansas, shower if you need it, dayuse lockers, tanning, massage beds and chairs, and masks arent required any longer. They recently replaced several pieces of equipment with mixed results.

Very rude front desk people. If you ever try to move they wont let you transfer. They wont let me talk to manager and say write us a letter to cancel and well confirm by emailcant just cancel by email. times on ph even had new club try to deal with them. No dice. There is no overall policy from club to club.

great clean fitness club. lots of cardio and smith machines. most of the staff are nice and they will greet you when you come in and leave. i like the idea of having a club that is intimidation free for us common folk. I am not fond of the lunk alarm though it can be misused and it makes me a bit self conscious or something.

Very nice staff. Its cool that the cardio equipment can connect to my Apple Watch. I just wish they added two more smith machines and more adjustable benches.

The gym is nice and I like the fact that the employees work throughout the day to ensure the facility is kept clean.

On my second week here, so far as good plenty of equipment, quite a bit of space to allow everyone their own area for workouts, and the staff at the desk has so far been very welcoming. Look forward to continuing to use them.

Be sure you really want to sign up, because they will make it as difficult as possible to leave. I cancelled my membership but because I gave days instead of days notice they are charging me for another entire month. What a scam. I would have considered coming back one day, but definitely not now.
