Clean equipment, needs housekeeping on weekends, pool temperature is too hot some days, other days too cold. Staff always greet me with a warm smile.

I stopped coming to this gym last March when restrictions went into place. I contacted them and canceled. They called me and said my account was on hold. In June July and August of they charged my credit card. I reported fraud and the charges finally stopped. However I was never reimbursed for three months and that didnt attend.

The gentleman called me from the gym stating my fianc ordered me a new membership. When asking questions about the facility the man got upset and starting mouthing off to me wouldnt let me speak and told me he was removing my membership More

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful setting up my account. Since then, no one who works there has ever spoken to me, not even to say hello or goodbye when I enter or leave. No one cleans any of the machines after use. Cleaner More

The staff is very friendly. They are very helpful. Place is very clean plenty of showers and a sauna. It was an allaround great experience.

NLR police is up there every week for a fight. I believe it is only a matter of time before someone get shot and killed inside the gym. So, I am just canceling the membership.

Fed up with this place. Paid over for personal training, trainers would reschedule, give min instead of hour sessions, not give diet plan promised, not even use journal they provide, then when trainers quit they didnt even reach More

Coming from fitness, this place absolutely rocks They feel so much more like a club with friendly faces both employees and members. They have so much to offer. After completing my workouts I often end up winding down in the sauna and chatting with others. I can see myself going here in the long run.

Ive been there days and I love this gym . Friendly people, a big selection to choose from. And IF you have a question then someone is always available. It is a great gym. I would deffintly recommend them to everyone I know.
