Awesome gym where you feel welcome. Not intimidated. Also all new equipment and pretty much everything you need TVs on the treadmill too

Fantastic small pro gym. Clean, well equipped, good music, not usually too crowded. Great variety of equipment from cardio machines, cable and weight machines, to free weights and barbell racks. They offer classes and group training, too. Everyone, beginner to pro, can get a great workout here.
