Best gym in Springdale without question. Conveniently located, access, maintained equipment and reasonable membership prices. Atmosphere is great, everybody minds their own business and gym is full of members who just want to work. Professional ownership and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Great equipment, great music, and most importantly, a great atmosphere. Joining this gym has resparked my love of working out, and I leave everyday wishing I had more time to be there. I have seen awesome results from just a short time working out here and would recommend it to anyone.
