This is a great place to work out with few oversized guys who drop weights and think they are the best..not here. Its great and the sauna is very warm. Very welcoming. Older place, but very nice.

NAC is the BEST gym in NWA No country club here. If youre looking for a place that has all the weight lifting equipment needed to get jacked, racquetball courts, sports training, andor fitness classes...this is your place. It feels like family too

The owner Lee is very friendly, the staff is very friendly, this gym just has that old school feeling that I love its hot sweaty and musty lol but its just that old school feeling when you train love the place plus not to packed .
