The staff are friendly, personable, accepting of all types, and eager to help. They treat each guest like a real person, and its great. Their equipment is topnotch too, and the classes are fun

I have NADIA as a personal trainer and she is AWESOME She has been willing to work with my schedule and really pushes me during our sessions Plus she has experience as a body builder a background. Im so thankful to have someone like her in my corner
