The owner, Sarah, is a real sweetheart You feel welcomed coming into the shop. She has a lot of options for you to try from smoothies, teas, refresher drinks, and protein bowls. She also offer different types fitness classes everyday taught by some amazing instructors.

Just lovely My family goes to Imans Xtreme HipHop Step class on Tuesdays at pm. It takes an commute oneway and when we get there we have a bowl before our workout to energize.
