My home away from home Been coming to this box for years and dont ever want to leave Have made so many new friends and so many gains If youre thinking about trying CrossFit this is the place for you. We have some of the most helpful and knowledgeable coaches that are there to help you reach your goals.

I have been a member here with Heatwave Crossfit coming up on five years. This is my home away from home my second family. The coaches knowledge and abilities to help you become stronger physically and mentally is outstanding.

I came to Heatwave very apprehensive, but one of my good friends was a coach at the time and got me to go to a class and I never looked back. Best decision I have ever made for myself. Seriously. My fitness level was zero and the gains I have seen in the last year makes me so proud. Thank you to all the amazing coaches

What a great place I dropped in here for a couple weeks and joined them for the open. Very friendly staff and members. The programming was great and the mood was very positive. I will drop in here again next time Im in the area.

We stopped by for two weeks while traveling through Arizona. Heatwave is filled with an energy like no other. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and fun Everything you want out of a CrossFit gym. We had a great time and cant wait to come back and visit.

This gym has become the anchor point of my day while on work trips to this area. Ive been to dozens of CrossFit gyms over the years, and this one is among the best in terms of the welcoming, supportive community vibe. Id recommend it to anyone in the area, even if just to drop in.
