If youre looking to get in the Best shape of your life or just want to slim down, The Box is the place for you. The ownerhead trainer is very knowledgeable and experienced. The members are friendly and welcoming. You cant go wrong with this gym.

Comfortable atmosphere for women to workout at. This is a good place to start if your a beginner because of Coach Hazens knowledge instruction.

We love The Box Mike is an amazing CrossFit coach and a genuinely awesome person. Ive worked out in gyms on and off for twenty years but it doesnt compare to the one on one coaching you get here. I would recommend this place to anyone.
