FIIT Nation is an amazing place. I am a faithful am attendee and I cant recommend it enough. Everyone is so kind and encouraging, the workouts are challenging but the coaches will help all fitness levels find the right modification. It is my me time as a busy mom. Just go, you wont regret it.
