Absolutely outstanding place to be. The manager is professional, people who work here. Look like they work in a gym. Great equipment, and enough people for a good atmosphere but not too many where you cant find equipment.

Their Silver Sneakers programs are started back up after the long Pandemic hold. The classes are just what you need to stay fit and keep moving and the instructors are great. It felt wonderful to be back in the gym with old and new friends for classes. The classes will be adding more days very shortly. Looking forward to it.
