Plenty of different ways to work out, free weights, cardio machines, assisted lift machines, you name it. The only con is the unbeatable price which has attracted a lot of people at all hours of the day, the pro is a great and affordable place to work out, and a nice sauna room for some RR

Thought about signing up for a membership. One of the sales guys we spoke with didnt really seem interested in helping. I walked out of there without signing up. Waste of time.

Best gym in Goodyear, Eddy was very sweet and helpful, I suggest this place, open hours, pool, basketball court everything you need.

Open hours. Equipment is adequate the Gym itself is well kept up. Staff is friendly.Pool is well kept up and the Sauna is awesome

Good weights, some machines and attachments are worn and getting rusty. Bathroom mens cleanliness. Man at front desk night shift was awesome. Cardio equipment nice. Not alot of stations for wiping down equipment after use. More
