Great place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is kept clean and there are plenty of machines etc for everyone. There are members of all ages and stages of conditioning, making for a judgement free environment. The best facility in town, by far.

I use this gym in the fall and spring, lots of equipment and tons of classes,trainers available with lots of experience, lots of machines and free weights, a pool and jacuzzi ,dry saunna in each locker room. Day passes available along with full memberships and between. Good luck

Their gym is amazing You can get a membership for a reasonable price and you get so much that becomes available to you Zumba classes aqua and land Zumba, yoga classes, spin classes, free weights, and machines. Have kids and cant work More

Love the gym plus the poolhot tub. Employees at the front desk are always pleasant and the changing room is always spotless. Just wish the monthly fee was a little less. But it is nice that you are not locked in a yearly, pay it all upfront type of plan.
