Hi, try the exercise classes. The instructors make it fun in which the hour goes by quickly is a great workout. Alot of upbeat folks here. Very good variety of machines.

Large well appointed gym with a friendly staff. Also has a coffee, snack , protein bar. Definitely the best gym in LHC.

I like this gym because of all the classes they offer and the very friendly staff. Also its not over crowded and theres no waiting for equipment.

Outdated, cramped and not worth . a month. The gym appears to be more focused on those going to one of the classes. More focused on the senior citizen population.

I dont love that they blast christian radio during business hours. It annoys me. Its not something that the general public would be into.
