Lets talk about the REAL DEAL. Mixxedfit class, Hiit class and Zumba, activites for the entire family. All ages welcomed which is a plus. Make this your family activity, girls and mens workout place. Absolutely love the staff and atmosphere. Thanks for the great workouts
