High energy atmosphere with lots of people willing to assist your workouts if you ask for help. Dont be shy about asking someone who looks like they know if you are unsure of something. Workouts are fun and they have so much equipment to use

Very clean and staff is friendly. Things get fixed quickly. Can get busy at times like a normal gym. There are squat racks inside. Plenty of free weights. There is an outdoor area to workout, indoor pool and hot tub. Saunas present in locker rooms.
