Love going to redtail. I was anticrossfit for a long time then eventually a friend asked me to come try it. Now Im hooked I really enjoy how Tony still works in heavy lifts along with the crossfit regimen. Tony is a great guy and hope to be able to refer more and more people to his gym.

I came to like starting my day off to these people more than I do my cup of coffee. Very positive, extremely friendly, and the members here are welcoming and helpful. It feels like youre working out with a bunch of Angels versus Meatheads. Really. Good place
