Ive been going to this gym for years now. I recommend their boot camp class highly for an hour. The finest work out that youll get ever. Over all very friendly staff and clean gym. Will not disappoint you.

The Coaches are amazing and everyone there is super friendly Ive been to a couple CrossFit gyms where coaches didnt want to waste their time on a newbie but that is not the case at GVCF I highly recommend them for anyone looking to reach their goals whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or just trying to get in better shape

Green Valley Crossfit is the Real Deal. Great people, great facility. A very passionate group of trainers and owners. They definitely have your best interest in mind. They now offer one on one training and youth classes. Highly recommend going down and talking to Jay Jesse and checking it out.
