I hate every minute of this class, just kidding. I am a new member and am loving the workout I am pushed and structured which is what I need. I am excited to see results . I can say I will never go back to a regular gym again. Thank you Aaron for making me love to workout.

Great staff, did a yoga class there. It was a donation base class so you pay according to the value and benefit YOU receive. Very enjoyable.
