Great training for young kids. The coaches really know how to motivate and keep kids from getting discouraged. The kids learn discipline and hard work while having fun.

My son learned a lot from this place. Discipline, being independent, hard work and self confidence. Coach Andre, his family and the other trainors are the best

One of the best Dojos in town Dont judge a book by its cover and this is the case with this Dojo. The Coach is very straight forward with the conditioning and training and the kids love it here. I almost forgot they also have adult classes and kickboxing lessons.
