Ive been taking my child there for about a month and he loves it he was extremely shy at first, quickly warmed up First class is free which is awesome Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have adult classes as well

Dropped in and trained at Paragon and was welcomed instantly. Everyone was really cool and friendly. The instructors were top notch and professional. If you are in the area and want to roll, this is the place to go. Check their website for class times and make sure you bring your Gi I will train here again if Im in the area.
