Great atmosphere. The owner really takes the time to get to know everyone and is always eager to help in any way. Has everything I need and the classes are AMAZING You wont be disappointed

Took several classes and the instructors every time were on their phones. They were either texting or browsing the internet. Very unprofessional. Gym is also not family oriented and the owners park in the front parking. I think that says it all.

They have good facilities and a friendly staff. The martial arts training is great, especially since its a small gym. Highly recommended
