Clean gym with plenty of equipment available to be used when I go. I totally appreciate the KID ZONE so that I could go work out take my daughter with me because I have no babysitter. The gym is clean staff is friendly and inviting.

Waiting for endless renovations to be doneI switched back to InShape to use the kids club kids club has been moved to the cycling room which has a horrible echo and is not feasible for children.

If I could give this place stars I would. I signed up to use the stream room and sauna. After I sign up they tell me its closed Marcelo at the front desk would not help make the situation right. Ill never go here again.

Not enough staircase machines and there are always of them broken. Ive been signed up for a month and a half and one of them has been broken since the day I started. For how much we pay here there shouldnt be this many broken machines.

The gym has been under construction for such a long time now. No cleaning supplies. Is nice and big but definitely needs a lot of work. The staff is super nice compared to my previous experience with this gym.
