Here at My Focus Taekwondo we provide a clean, fun and safe environment for your family to train in Our school practices all aspects of Taekwondo, such as Traditional, SportOlympic Taekwondo, Demonstration Performance, Cardio and Fitness. We help parents motivate children to become better listeners in school, to respect others, and to build a strong and happy community

A membership at a My Focus Taekwondo facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all My Focus Taekwondo facilities and gyms.
