Its a very nice gym and the owner Mr.Gil is a very nice person. Havent started yet just signed up however feeling very welcomed..and comfortable looking forward to the extended hours and possible childcare

Love the layout of the land. The different areas of the building dedicated to different areas for your workouts. The people are respectable. Its an older building but the machines are kept up well. I use the showers there. They arent the best, but I can get done what I need to before work.
