Bay Strength is a weight lifting gym that offers private on and small group coaching in the barbell lifts.We believe that every person can be a strength athlete.Seniors come to us to maintain their longevity. Women gain new empowerment and physical purpose through strength. Parents are more able to keep up with growing children. Queer and trans people find an environment that is affirming, safe, and welcoming. People of all sizes discover new confidence in their bodies without diet culture.

Bay Strength is a friendly, inclusive, and positive atmosphere. I had a great time taking the Learn to Lift training session with Gwyn. It was a big task, but she helped me undo all of the bad habits Id learned on Youtube. Ill be back next week for another session

Jeremy took great care to make learning to lift accessible for mea middleaged, firsttimer. His positivity and extreme knowledgeability were so helpful. The gym was full of people who were simply there to try their best, and the atmosphere was supportive and genial, yet focused. I truly look forward to going back.
