Gold’s Gym La Mirada

Recently started coming here with my boyfriend, we love it Everyone is so welcoming, the gym is super clean as well

Steam room is always under construction. Im not sure if they decided they arent going to fix it But its pretty much been broken since it opened. Very frustrating. Otherwise staff is friendly, and equipment is nice.

Facility The new Golds Gym is taking the place of the old Hour Fitness Gym. Place is huge with stories of room to fit so much equipment in More

The place is always super clean. Equipment is all brand new. Front staff is always friendly and greet with a smile. Been a member since they opened at this location, and couldnt be happier.

Overall Rating CThe Specifics Equipment is great, but just as any new gym should be. More

I felt comfortable and safe, unlike Crunch fitness. The stairmaster is in a perfect place. I was even able to use the bench press. However some of the staff needs to be friendlier, but one staff did say goodnight when I left. That is why I gave them stars.
