I love this gym I take barre, yoga, and hiit remix classes with Brittan Matthews the best instructor. Want to have a fun and energetic workout, try one of her classes and be ready to work up a sweat

BEWARE I paid over , and was taken advantage of by this business. I paid for their yoga teacher training in and the teacher fell pregnant, and then other issues like there wasnt enough ppl enrolled or whatever kept popping up More

It was the perfect introduction The instructor was very knowledgeable, motivating and he made it fun. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. I also was impressed with how clean everything was, especially the locker room which is not always the case at gyms I am definitely joining
